First you need to update your skills and do some cources.Apply to the projects from TMP. On TMP there is a job profiles. in profile there are project information, manager mail ID name are mentioned. We need to contact them through mail and teams. Mostly used teams for urgent response because at a time we can apply for 4-5 project profiles. In profile there are skills list do some courses according to projects.

Apart from the suggestion of applying from Tmp , I would suggest start applying for outside companies
