Hi-I have an offer from capgemini, but haven't received email for uplading documents in New employee wizard and HR is not responding

Same thing is going on for me but this is for Cognizant, I am facing issues with my DOJ but recruiter is not responding to either mail or calls. Raised multiple tickets also, not sure how to handle this situation.
