Trending @Accenture; Hi I feel a PIP is heading my way
I am an associate level 12.In last cycle they gave be bare minimum VP, despite my work load that I delivered,no promotion. In dec ,they assigned me a task that was way above my level.I got no help from the team. The task has many many flaws....My team makes a very big issue of bugs and defects. The task assigned had many flaws ....I have literally no help from team members.Other members in my team are taking leave ,doing whatever they want....I feel overworked given that I got baare minimum VP and no promotion.I completed 2 yrs in nov.....Please tell me ways I can ask for a roll off so that I can study for other companies while being or bench...or help me with anything that will improve my situation

Improve your technical skills and look for opportunities outside.

Tbh my VP was 2% ,my team members got mostly around 10% except one that got 7%

Did you talk to your lead about it?
Talk to him. See what he has to say. Please don't go and tell him the vp % of your colleagues. Say something like you had a discussion with the team and they sound quite happy with the VP they got which makes you think that they have got good.
Have a 1 to 1. See what he has to say rather than you ruining your mind thinking about it.

Not really. Def not PIP if you're a high performer. Sharing my own XP, I had 0% hike 2 cycles, followed by a 5... Thorough out I made sure to communicate my exasperation/expectation to leads... Got promoted as a result at end of 2 yrs. Make talking points and have honest communication with your leads... And yes you can ask for a roll-off. Make sure you communicate the reason for asking (ie, the VP)
