Trending @Infosys; Hi I am getting a project release and a new project manager approaching me but I am expecting a baby 2month pregnancy

My doubt is should I tell them about my pregnancy or should I join a new project and later after completion 3 Months should I disclose it. This month last week we were doing all scans and reports after that confirmation will come from the doctor and elders also saying after 3 months we should disclose about the baby to others currently only family members knows about my pregnancy

What has pregnancy to do with project. You better join a project and then later during 6th or 7th month disclose it while applying for maternity leave.

Else if you disclose right away.. chances are the managers won't take you and your bench period will extend..
