20 days cooling period after release from bench, then bench will start till 35 to max 60. Look outside
Am getting released from project on 30th.
How long will they keep us in bench till I get a project ?? And if project not found, will they ask to resign with 3 months of pay?
After release 20 days as a cooling period with internal interview, then bench will start 35 days to 60 days. There is no exact days of final resignation but you can consider this things for now and start preparing and do interview for internal and external companies
In your project, they will give you time for one month to search the project.
