Trending @Infosys; Hi how many years will it take me from now to become a TA ?

In the month of Jan i got promoted to system engineer which was delayed by 6 months because of an HR mistake . I want to know how many years will it take me from now to become a TA ? Is there any possibility I can become by next year?

For it took 1year from SE to SSE Then 1 year from SSE to TA.

Today only i got my role change to TA
