Hi Guys, on which Band the layoff is happening in TCS ? Is it applicable even for C2B as well? Whether anyone has effected with this band
It is happening but it is not based on anything in particular. Everyone is considered equal. The only bias factor is what your manager and HR thinks of you. If they dont like you then they might set the target your way. Especially if you are not project critical.
I dont think even your immediate manager has a say. Its all decided in the senior leadership level. I think its tied to your previous performance as well
My current project is ending this month and when I reached home he was saying will push for another project. Not sure whether he is trying/not even though I shared him my resume last week which he asked for it
What is C2B?
C3B is their main focus. Rest whosoever is on the bench for longer periods with a bit higher salary you are on their radar.
