Wtf, how does that makes sense, well, let me take a look from this angle: There was no hike last year, so pay should be same, except if u enrolled in new health scheme or selected old regime, or u enrolled in NPS, or u increased your pf contribution %. Well 😅, it might be one of those reasons.

Check your last compensation and QVA amount , if RTO less than 85 then you will get 75 % amount
