I joined in october 2021 but still no hikes. Don’t expect in infosys

Don't expect seriously plan to switch another company, since 2021 I'm working I Dont get hike till.

Confirmed news from sources that 1% hike will be given to the folks who have joined infosys before 1980, others are not eligible so please dont expect it.

Don't expect it till 2027. By the time you will be used to not getting the hike is common.

I also joined in oct 2022 but no hikes till now.Even i didn't got the payment for on call.

If you are SE, you will be not eligible. You will be eligible from next cycle
