Hi guys, I need career advice. Currently I'm doing apprenticeship at BGSW Coimbatore. Initially we were hired by bosch as full time employee

But because of business situation they converted it to one year apprenticeship. Should I complete it first and wait for conversion or Start searching job outside? If I leave it in between they won't even provide any experience certificate too.
