ATS score shouldn't matter for college placements. But if you still want a good resume , check out overleaf website. They have good templates.

A couple of ways to increase your ATS would be to -
Watch a couple of youtube videos and do some hands on projects , upload it to GitHub and add them to your resume.

Do a couple of Udemy courses , add them too
