Hi Guys, HR stoped Ultimatix access and sallary in tcs. What could I do?
Hello, I been working in tcs from last 3 years, After return to WFO announced in 2023, I told my problems to manager and he allowed me to work from my nearest tcs office. Fast forword now I have been released from the project and currently on bench since April. I told the rmg to let me help to choose project from my current location or he can refer to me to any project where I can work from current location. Instead of helping me out he escalated to HR, where they issued an warning letter. I tried explaining to them but they say they can not do anything as I don’t have any project in hand currently. They just sent return to base branch mail with updated return date as next week and threating for action otherwise, irrespective to what I reply about the situation on same mail chain. So, yesterday evening I got mail to tell the return date yesterday itself or face sallary stop. I couldn’t comprehend and didn’t reply anything and in morning my Ultimatix/Teams/Outlook access was restricted. Please tell what could be done?? PS: I have already start applying to jobs in my current location outside, but given current market conditions seems it may takes some months probably.

You have to search project personally in your nearest location and give it to rmg for release
Buddy follow what gr says get the peoject spend few good days and diacusa with manager and get back to your place as outcome ia important at end
I can not allocated to the project until my access is blocked neither I would get any sallary. For the project part there is almost no from rmg side. This all started to happen when I reach him to get the project at first place. Initially for the first month I thought I would get project easily and was getting calls from different locations and they were agree as well for the location, I gave interview to them where they used to ask basic questions and didn't revert back. I didn't care much though this is pretty common as this happened before getting my last project. After one month, I communicated to rmg that help me to get the projects where he asked me to meet him, I told that in previous project I was working from noida. Hearing this he got rude and told he can only help if I come to base location. I told him my situation but he was not willing to listen and put return to base location on mail, where I replied the same. After this he escalated to HR, and this is an male HR speaks in Hindi and behave like there spokesperson. Fast forword two months they did this.
In my case, I resigned when I was in the project and project team released in one month as discussed with HR she told you can take back anytime before one day not an issue but one week before I asked HR I want to take back papers she told like you should have project in hand then only we can withdraw or else we cannot do anything .in 2 months I didnt got project what I wil get in one week this is the game they played in may month and I am still jobless .Politics is at peak in TCS .
True bhai, there are no rules they bend them on there will. I am thinking of resignation as well without offer in hand.
We need to follow HR instructions now. There has been cases where the salary has been stopped for 2 months for some associate.
Just because of kaamchor people all suffered. And pls do not believe anything from Rabindra nath Tagore. He is a shit from tcs. You just request rmg to take project asap. TCS will not terminate but they will force u to resign.
