Equity, SIP, PF and NPS = 60L+ Few plots in B tier city - all paid (used most of the money from equity and SIP to buy plots during covid) Achievable by reducing all unnecessary expenses and saving every month. Economic discipline is must to do this. I did this in about 15 years.

At 30 bought a house 1.4cr now I am paying emi of 98L. Unmarried and never gonna marry as I don’t have money 😅. Don’t think I have any savings, Kidney bhi kharab tha tho transplant Karaya. Body aur ghar dono Karz me hai😁.

Only goal was to give my parents their own house and take care of which I can and doing it.
