Hi Guys, Does just Swiping in and out in any TCS office will be compilant to RTO , I heard they are tracking hours now .

Not sure if they are tracking or not but they have mentioned in wfo policy to complete at least 45 hours per week

The terms are not clear on this. They are asking for 45 hours per week work hours (not specifically office hours).

So they are linking hours also to RTO policy

Not clear on hours tracking..but in 2office . Hours is getting mapped
