I asked for roll from current project. I joined Accenture in Nov 2023 at Lev 12 . And my lead said it is difficult to get other projects until you are promoted. Is he right? And moreover there is no guarantee I will be promoted this year. What should I do?

Why did you ask for roll off? And yes it is tough getting new projects. Some of my friends waited for so long to get a project which is support only. There are already many people on bench
Because in this project there is no balance no things to learn. Shifts change every week from morning to noon to night. they take away your every weekend. It's becoming difficult to work in such situations. I hardly sleep for 3 hours when I'm on night shift. It's affecting my overall health.
