Hi Friends need advice.

Hi friends, My current package at IQVIA is 10.8 LPA, and I have 6 years of experience in Power BI and SQL. Now, I have received an offer for 22.5 LPA. Is this a good salary for my experience? If I want to earn even more in the future, what is the best advice or career path to follow? I’m about to make a big decision by joining my new organization, where I will be working on AWS to Azure migration along with Power BI Premium. However, I have no prior experience with migration or Power BI Premium, as I have only used the Pro version so far. The company is okay with my current knowledge, but now I need to learn quickly. Hope this is not a bad decision. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Even, please motivate me.
