Hi folks, promoted to manager. How much of a hike can I expect? Any ideas.

I know it changes between companies and teams but wanted to see everyone's personal experience

So since past few days, I'm getting feeling that they are going to sack my manager and are going to promote me to his level. They have already started sharing sheets with me whose access I didn't had earlier. It's a team of 6-7 designers...

What is the reasonable expectation for a promotion hike? I know it depends on a lot of factors.. but want to understand the scenario

I am getting 23lpa in G8, and 2.8 years in this role, i am getting very low as compare to market and even Cisco also..I am sticking here as work is good…i am seeing people who cries and gets hike and management takes care… and i hate in...
