Hi folks one suggestion required I am in 20lakh package in c3b grade since last 3 years in tcs. Now I feel like stuck to go out I need to show xase my skills what I was pro that I didn't work much in tcs what I am working now they are many

Certificates are secondary. Tech skills are primary. Brush up on tech skills and go out.

If you have actual prospects for growth in tcs, stay for sometime.
If you are blindly hoping for growth, leave.

You can brush up your core skills and utilise TCS to sheet certified and get cost reimbursed. Check for relevant project according to your skills and aspirations and switch. However, TCS is not a place to built long term association because you will not able to grow salary wise. Salary increments are pathetic here.
