Business visas are not for woking, i am assuming you are feeling Indian salary and foreign expenses during this tenure. If it is yes, then you can resign, but Indian labour law applicable, so need to serve 90 days notice!!

If you are on long term visa mostly on-site notice period is just 15 days as company has ti abide by that country rules. Which country and which visa would help in giving correct answer
