
Hi folks, is promotion to C3B is disadvantageous than stying as C3A in long rn? How does the mgmnt get benefit by prmtng from C3A to C3B?

Getting to c3b you will get around 2l increment but after that you will get 2% less increment each year for example if you get A band in c3a if you get 8% here you will get 5-6% only since you are moving to senior grade and also less chance for onsite and you will get 10-20% less in QVA when compare with C3A

Better go to other companies than becoming C3B here, remember the hikes and qva received drastically reduce from C3A levels It's wise to increase money not post/designation here

I am C3b getting released from project, not getting any calls also.. Dont know what will hapepn?

It means it has only become a tool after 2025 July when the layoff got announced.

For the short term if you are going to switch to another company it's good for a hike for long term c3a is better
