Trending @Infosys; Hi folks, I have been on the bench from 2.5 years. Last October cleared pip, now due to rating again going to keep me in pip.

For which role are you looking for opportunities outside ?

Since 2.5 years on bench and PIP what have you learnt , any new stacks .. ?

If any talent is in PIP, TPD team inform to mangers upfront saying , that talent is in PIP. So, no manager will not interest to on board PIP talent

What's your rating in last appraisal? NP or UP?

Attend interviews outside as much as you can.. note down the questions asked and try to prepare best version out of you. Don't lose hope and try work on labs which could give hands-on exposure.

Since you are in bench form 2.5 years , my suggestion to join course form outside ( who provides hands on LAB) to enhance your skills.
Than you try for new project inside the infy.
You can also try outside best on your choice.

What is your current job level , YOE and package?

Don't know what to do unable to crack other jobs. Can't stay in the same organisation for the same role and for the same salary and moreover they are going on conducting tests again and again . Even after clearing it no project no role change not even met expectations rating
