Hi Folks, help me out!

Recently I got a decent offer from company, but I signed an agreement for 1 year in the current company, If I break the bond I need to pay 1L. Still 4 months left for the agreement completion. What are the possible ways to get out from the current company smoothly without paying money, and get the experience letter, relieving letter. Please post your thoughts on this and help me out.
