Yes I guess some selected members get, something called Catapult (that was general mgmt 2 yr course) not sure if it's valuable in market, just a plain MBA, this will also bond you to org for 2 yrs - take it on your own risk - do your research before the plunge

In addition to your information, it doesn’t have any bond but every Wednesday you’ve to attend one lecture and Saturday full day there will be live online lectures. It’s not like you enroll and get a degree.
Also, your project needs to bear the cost of your course, so nominations should go by your project lead.
