Hi folks,

How can I stop HR from ghosting me? I've recently interviewed with several companies, and even after successfully passing the technical rounds, the HR teams consistently stop responding. Is there anything in which I'm lagging? Getting demotivated 😞.

It’s tough, even if your interviews went well, HRs will only respond to immediate joiners i.e. 30-45 days

Notice period is negotiable up to 15-30 days.Still getting ghosted at last. 😞
