I have a one query, my home town’s in Indore and CTS office also in indore. I got a one project there ODC in pune. I am a single resource in our project. Every week I come from indore to pune for three days. Facing health issues due to trevel. I request to my project manager to work from indore office but he is not approved because ODC on pune only. Please given your suggestion it’s really helpful for me. Thanks

Talk to pm , but in most of cases PM won’t agree to location change . I have also tried a lot but my PM denied for that

It’s similar case as mine. I work at different location than ODC.. I discussed the issue traveling to odc location and my manager agrees to that.. I also mentioned that I don’t have any access issue to VDI (as vdi only works at ODC Ethernet and personal network/wifi) if I worked from non ODC location. As long as project work is getting done and following RTO policy my manager is fine with what I do.

I’ll suggest to request you manager again and try your best.
