I paid X amount to my ex employer to get the early release for the unserved notice period days.
I went to the new employer to ask me to refund the amount but they declined. I paid little huge amount as compared to my monthly salary.
I was in bench in my ex employer and no training was given., no project was aligned. Also they were forcefully moving me to hyderabad for 1 project in which I was not comfortable due to my family reasons. Now,I am planning to go to the labour court and file a case..
Will I receive any help.? Becoz all the fault was my x company , not the current employer.. Please guide

You want to file case against the current employer for not refunding the money paid to ex-employer?
Either way, it looks a ludicrous situation. Don’t think you would get any help, in fact it may even backfire if you are going against your own current employer. They are anyway not liable to pay you anything unless they promised it.
