If you don't see enough opportunities on TMP, look outside.

Along with applying on tmp, mail the project manager also, project manager id is available in so details in TMP

I want to leave Cognizant as well , but I didn't receive any interview calls from 15-20 days. I have updated my resume on the naukri portal as well

Any idea, how long will I remain on the bench?

Currently the Market is bit down. Many companies are hiring but strictly on referral. If you can get your friends to refer you then you might get a call for interview

It's better if u look outside, being on a bench in CTS and looking for opportunities in CTS is tough right now.
