Hi everyone pls help me to choose

I got an offer from Deloitte for 13lpa fixed with joining bonus of 75k but the thing is doj is 1 month after my lwd. I also have another offer from optum with 10lpa fixed immediate joining. Which is the right one to join?

There are 2 options, prepare and give more interviews

Relax and join deloit, as well as take some time to upskill

Join optum pick up 1 month salary and resign on probation period should mean no notice either way. Then join Deloitte.

If there is still notice period on probation then depending on how much if more than 1 month then just wait and join Deloitte.

Thanks for your advice. optum has 1 month notice during the probation period. I am a bit worried about giving up other offers and Waiting solely for Deloitte. Will other companies still consider me for interviews during my waiting period.
