Hi everyone, I have 5.5 years of experience and recently cleared both rounds at LTIMindtree.

My current CTC is ₹22 LPA. What would be a reasonable salary to ask from LTIMindtree—would ₹30 LPA (fixed) be realistic? Also, is it appropriate to ask for a joining bonus and relocation support?

They won't give you 30 base. Realistically 30 would be CTC.

For your YOE, realistic is 20-22 so you are already at par
