Hi Everyone , I have joined Tcs as Management Trainee back in Aug 2022 . I just wanted to know the promotion and hierachy system for Management Trainee associates? Kisi ko Pata hai?

You will be eligible for promotion only after 4 years but based on your performance early promotion can also be raised after completing 3 years. These promotion has to be initiated by your manager.
