Hi, Does anyone experienced ultimatix access issues/ auto locked and loosing all the company related access for every 3 months ?

Bro, same thing happened to me. It's a known issue with ultimatix. Just reset ur password and it should fix it. If not, hit up IT helpdesk. They got u covered. 💥
