Yeah... Its the same policy... Basically if you receive the bonus today.... It will merged into your salary after one year... And it will be retention after 2 years from today.. So, before the retention date if you are going to resign.. you have to pay back your complete bonus amount in your FnF

As I mentioned please check your rentention date and your resignation date should be after that i guess

Could you please clarify when the bonus is first paid or whether it is a recurring bonus, if this is specified in the CTC?
