If manager is not asking you explicitly to come to a particular location, then log in wherever you want, it will be considered as physical attendance
any manager will not have such problem in this case !! because wipro by policy has given anyone to report to report to near by office other than base location to encourage more incoming to office , even though manager has problem then you can get approval from HR in this case
If they do not have team that collectively sit at one place for work , yes even manager don't care. Only thing that HR should not tell him/her that his team member not coming to office. So as long as one logging in to office anywhere and making physical attendance, no issues
