you must be working from client imaged laptop i think , if so then your client zscalar should allow wipro sites or else same case for you for eternity
chance 2 : wipro assets are bound to only with MFA now , check with IT whether that is there in your laptop with 2 factor or not

Pls ask someone from your team to raise a service now request on your behalf. One of my friend also faced the same issue. Helpdesk contacted her n fixed this post tkt generation.
