L&D guies warning to complete soon. Will it be criteria to terminate senior resource? Any one lost job due to MLT non compliant?

Sorry to say, but according to me MLT non compliance should be the 1st criteria to shortlist. There may a few folks who have updated themselves without any certification, but a lot of folk I knew were very reluctant to learn anything new.
