Hi,am working in TCS since 1.5 yrs now am about to end me meternity leave,but in this leave period i successfully completed advance power bi course.will tcs consider my updated skill and increase my CTC?

If only tcs increases CTC based on courses/certifications, none of us would complain about TCS.

On what basis? Daily employees are completing so many courses. I dont think it works like that

It doesnt work like that..but try for onsite ppsitions instead with new skills ..that way it will fetch you something
