Which one I should go. now in TCS my manager is ready to Send on-site and raised the visa for Germany should i stay or leave

if you have put down papers then don’t withdraw. Only withdraw if you get the visa on your passport and they give you a date to report there. Otherwise leave TCS.

yes ... tell them start processing your visa, and get your travel.plab approved ... if you get the travel ticket before your last working then only withdraw your resignation. They will tell, you have resigned, if you withdraw then only visa filing will happen, ask them to show the policy in writing... and tell them, that till the last working day your are TCS employee and ca not be denied... so all rules apply till LWD.
PS: Just to retain many accounts ts stamp the Visa and keep them waiting. Cost of stamping visa is less than recruiting a reaource ... so a good ploy to retain candidates.
PS2: They can cancel your travel plan just before boarding the flight ... often TCS has in the past made airport announcements asking the candidate to come back. Be smart and dont hear the announcement and just travel abroad. get your entry to another country stamped on passport. Now let the account decide if they want to release you. In case they release you, you can 2/3 weeks to get your next project abroad. They cannot send you offshore from the same account as you will have the opportunity to seek release and find another project abroad.

Get the papers in hand don't even trust email confirmation they are literally madarchods.. after you revoke your resignation they will say it's a miss communication between hr and manager we can only give you lolipop Nothing else... And you can't resign for next 6 months as per the policy so it's 6+3 total 9 months of extension

They are giving you an onsite lolipop don't wait here 21 accenture is better

Congratulations buddy don't fall in trap of manager I have seen these cases at the end they will back out. I am also looking for switch can you tell me you directly got 21 lpa or counter offer by 17 lpa Capgemini offer?

Please compare the offers properly, what is the variable component as you would get 5-10% maximum and that is good scenario(not the promised 20-40%) Don’t fall for the on-site trap, please leave TCS.
