Hi all. What is the leave encashment policy after resigning tcs? How its calculate. I will have 52 or 56 once i left.

Here 22 (working days) is actually good for you right.. it's in the denominator. What's not good is that they consider basic only. So it's better to take leave than encashing it, unless you don't want the leaves.

AFAIK, they will take care of encashment in Full and Final Settlement. Coming to the calculation, it is equal to number of leaves you have multiplied by basic salary per day you drew last month.
