Got offer in one of the leading product based company with 10% hike only. Need to visit office yearly 2-3 times only for meetings (if only top mgmt visits India) as per communication not sure in long run. They are not ready to give more than 10% at present, but in future they are promising will have good growth and can work in any area of IT skills in company as per candidate interest.
Second interview with service based company in progress. HR level pending for sal discussion. News to work in US work hours and role with senior developer/lead for project. 5 days wfo.

May I know how did you apply? I am struggling to even get calls for Interview.
Through referrals... Apart from these 2 companies I too didn't get any calls....
Asked many to refer and didn't get any further update, between started applying for other companies through their official career portal....I can see that at least my application has been accepted, yet to be screened... hopefully ends well
