With 9 years of experience you can ask for 45-50lakhs also. If you do well enough in interviews to support that.

For example even sde2 level roles at so many companies like cred, swiggy, amazon, zepto, etc can pay 50lpa.
With 9yoe you can even crack sde3 if your experience and profile is strong, but since you're currently at 23 I'm assuming you will aim for sde2 level only.

Start with at least a 30% hike. Keep job hunting during the notice period and get a higher hike %age.
