Hi all. M at 18 lpa in tcs. I have 34 lpa offer from wipro. 1.5 lac joining bonus. 1.5 lac Variable is included in 34 lpa

HR says Variable will be paid full all the time every quarter 100%. I got myself released from tcs project by location constraint and now I am on bench. Wipro is saying join in 1 week. I don't know what to do. Wipro HR also said very flexible work from home model. On wfo days u can just swipe once n come back. M scared as people say Wipro is not a good organization. Leaving tcs might be a big decision. The Tata discounts. The best in class insurance. The feeling of security. I can do my business peacefully. Yes I earn 2-3 lacs a month by giving freelance Salesforce services. But every contract is of 6 months. Although I mostly get another contract when one is ending n sometimes the contracts get extended to 1-2 years. But I am not sure about the future of this business. That's why I started giving interviews after completion of 2 years in TCS. Even I am on bench now, but I keep getting so many project calls. I have put casual leaves as I have collected lots of them,so I am avoiding project calls. I have not yet resigned.

Additional info - I have 9 years of IT experience. I have switched 2 companies before TCS. I have 1 year of gap in between during 2021-22 but I did lots of freelance projects that time and I have all the evidence and portfolio for that. My technology is Salesforce. Here at TCS I am lead Salesforce developer. I am a married female standing at 30 age, no kids yet. Lots of international travel checklists. Indian travel oist already checked.
