Trending @Infosys; Hi All, its been almost 3 years since i joined infy and haven't received any increments till now. No updates from BPHR also if i ask her.
This year looks like only proactive hikes will be there . Hikes will be given to folks who are high performers and are at risk of quitting. So start cribbing/ calling your managers every 2 days and get on that list. Else wait for next year!!!
Nothing new then....last year also i had got multiple appreciation mails from client and my manager also had given me excellent ratings but still no increments.
So start asking for it this year: only flight risk folks will be given. Not all high performers
I understand your frustration. Increments can be slow. Keep pushing your BPHR and consider discussing with higher management. Sometimes, persistence pays off.
She doesnt reply to emails or chats on teams. She is from different DC so i am not able to contact. Her DC people also face same issue.

Yeah I understand..I am in the same situation..not sure if there will be hikes this year..wait till the quarterly results in october
