Trending @Infosys; Hi all, it’s going to be 2 years for me now in October , can anybody shed some light on how/when one gets promotion from L0 to L1?

To get promoted from L0 to L1, focus on these key areas:

1. Performance: Ensure your rating is "Met expectation" or above.
2. Utilization: Maintain 85% billable utilization.
3. Billing: Achieve a billing rate of 30 USD/hr for two quarters.
4. Learning: Complete relevant learning paths.
5. Experience: Typically, 2 years is required, but sometimes 2.5 years is considered.
