Trending @Accenture; Hi all I’m planning to resign can we negotiate our leaves in Accenture . I have 45+ leaves will they compensate it .

They don't care buddy, I too resigned and I too had 24 leaves but they didn't even agree to negotiate the notice by 10 days only Accenture is seriously the shitty org, leave ASAP, you will be in peace

They will pay only for 30 leaves

When u resign. It's better not to go any further communication with hr for early release.Let the process go. If anywhere hr got involved then their job is to give you as less as they can.you will loose your money so let the process go

Depends on your Manager and HR. Some don't entertain buyback notices. But some do. So check with em
