Trending @Accenture; Hi All, I recently joined Accenture from Cognizant, which company do you think has better work culture?
It actually depends on the project, leadership and the unit you are getting into.
I vouch for Accenture coz I have had an excellent experience here both in terms of work life balance and the quality of work. I have found people in my unit to be really appreciative of the work i put out and thoughtful about my personal time-off.

In cognizant we should be present 10 hrs in the office(micro management) but in Accenture it's 9 hrs if you want to manage work life and personal life I prefer Accenture would be better.
Accenture has the worst so it should be cognizant only undoubtedly
I also have offers with Cognizant and Accenture. Still not decided which cone should I select and I am confused. I am into SAP BASIS 11 years of experience. Appreciate your inputs folks.
