Hi All, I need some guidance regarding rejoining TCS post-MBA. Would appreciate your help
I took a 2-year sabbatical leave (LWP) to pursue a full-time 2-year MBA program from BIM, Trichy. Now that I’m nearing the end of my program, I wanted to ask a few questions: 1. Which tier does BIM, Trichy belong to? 2. Can anyone share how the education-related rehire process works at TCS? 3. My last designation was Systems Engineer in the C1 grade, and my last drawn salary was around 4.3 LPA. What would be the revised compensation upon rejoining TCS? 4. I was working with TCS Mumbai (Powai) on the BoA project. Now, I am interested in moving to Chennai. What are the chances of getting placed there?

If you took sabbatical, aren't you bound to work if TCS for atleast 2 years after higher education? There's no rehiring. Simply report to your RMG and he/she can assist further.
Suggestion would be try other companies. Chennai location you may get easily in TCS but from hike perspective it will be very less.
