Yes every month a temporary project is getting allocated and getting extended. Checked with the TPD team they are saying we are looking for the best opportunity for you.
Hi, i am also allocated to project as in bench and lateral, however no one contacted is this indicates temporary project?
I have been on bench for more than a year. It is becoming too normal here
Yes it's quite normal...people are in bench from last 2.5 years. .. don't worry...they will ask you to inc ypur dq which is of no use.... don't regret but it's reality in INFOSYS.
Yes.. but not good to be on bench for long.. max 1 yr you can sit on bench n later things start getting changed if u deny any project basis locstion or skill set
