Hi all, I have joined Tcs, it's been 6 months, asking manager and colleagues are waste. Can anybody know how to increase my salary stack by being still in the company.

Guys i am not a fresher, being experienced also does it take 2 years to upskill once understand how management and client works

Internally you can try Wings1 if you are a fresher.. though this route is not very easy and takes a test of your patience..

Best to upskill within 2 years and switch.
