Trending @HCL; Hi all I got 8.4 in my annual appraisal, how much they can increase

I got 1% increment despite having 9.2 annual rating. As I joined in Feb 2023, got the letter in Jan 2024.

with EP rating I got 3% with GP I got 0.9 %

When will appraisal letter release? Any idea folks?

Rating is like a jhumla (gimic) so dont expect anything on the basis of that.

From where can u see your rating? I think it shows 5 ratings on 5 parameters. Are u taking the average for this overall rating?
