Hi All, I am joined in TCS as a 11 yrs experience guy in February 2024. I am assigned in operation support project which I need to available 24X7. Due to this I am not proper weekoffs and continuous nightshifts. Because my health is affected. I want release from current project but my current project not ready to release me. How to release from my current project and get another project.

There is nothing u could do about it. If u have any bond written there u have to full fill the tenure of the bond, then only u can change your project! Or may consider your TL for release
